I will be starting volunteer work in February and my supervisor requested me to draw a picture for her. I can't remember the last time I drew or painted a picture. All I ever illustrate nowadays are clothes.
I recently got Adobe CS5. When I was younger I used to CAD maps for my dad. Now I want to get familiar with illustrating more than just maps. So lately, I have been playing about with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Naturally, I had no idea what I was going to draw for my supervisor. I thought I lost my muse. At first I drew flowers. It wasn't easy.
I didn't like it. So later in the week I drew another picture of my old pet bunny rabbit, which I gave her on Friday.
After going through this, I think I should make more of an effort to draw something at least once a month so that I don't lose my touch.
